A New Era For KAFL

We’re thrilled to unveil our refreshed brand identity. The updates show the evolution of our company since its founding in 1991. While this is a significant change, our core beliefs have not changed.

Over the last few months, we have poured our hearts and souls into creating a new image that would accurately depict who we are, at our core as a team. Our new identity conveys trust and sophistication in a playful, energetic way — representing our team and partners in a single mark. Get a behind-the-scenes look at our makeover and what it means to our customers’ experience.

You may have noticed some blue upholstery and some curves on our website. We’re launching KAFL’s brand refresh and an exciting unique partnership opportunity with ICON, a joint venture between AimcoR and AmeriLife, a multi-distribution company.

With careful consideration, the decision to become part of ICON was made in order to expand the opportunities for our advisors. KAFL will serve as the anchor agency supporting other brokerage agencies in this collaborative venture. Rather than fading away, KAFL will become stronger and play an increasing role in bringing insurance solutions to the consumer through you, our advisor.

KAFL Honors Our Heritage By Making That Heritage Relevant Today

KAFL was founded in 1991 in Rochester, NY, and originally developed a specialty in processing NY business. We now have a large national footprint with regional sales offices in PA, MD, and NC, along with service team members supporting our partners from all over the country. This makes offering all lines of coverage from individual life, disability, long-term care, and annuity solutions to employee benefits, senior market products, consulting, and marketing services very easy.

Our original KAFL logo started as a doodle with a simple swoosh. As we’ve evolved, so has the need for our logo to evolve to reflect who we are today and where we are going. Our new logo depicts 3 human pillars. These figures represent: (1) our KAFL team, (2) Carriers, Brokers & Advisors, and (3) consumer. They complement each other and work together to strike a symmetrical balance.

What’s Changing?

In the important areas of our relationship with you, nothing changes. Day-to-day operations and the direction of KAFL remain in the control of KAFL. The same people that prepare your case designs, get you the forms for applications, handle your case management and policy service and process your commissions remain in place. Our website, contact information, and home office location all stay the same.
With this strengthened relationship, we will have more resources available to support you and your business. This relationship will add value to an advisor in the areas of technology, product, administrative services, and lead generation.
